Track Training

I am presently doing my IAM course. However, I would also like to do some track training to sharpen up my road skills/cornering. Has anyone got any recommendations?

If you are currently doing the IAM skills for life, why not do one of their Rider Skills days.

If you have a look at the IAM website www.iam.org  and check out the skills days.

I have done about five of these at Mallory park, have a look at the video I did at Mallory Park.

Hope this helps :smile
