Nicky Hayden unsure Cal Crutchlow’s style will suit Ducati

Nicky Hayden says he is not convinced that Cal Crutchlow’s aggressive and all-action riding style will match with Ducati’s factory Desmosedici like some people have predicted. Crutchlow himself has spoken of the fact that his riding style is similar to that of reigning MotoGP world champion Casey Stoner, who remains the only rider to master the Ducati after he won the...

I thought it was honda(dani was still on miches and going ape) that wanted the one tyre rule?? Why would Rossi want it when he was already on the best tyres???, would suit him to have some of his competition( you could say only, the way stoner copitulated in 2008) still on miches.. LS in 2009 I think, Dani and CE and others were talking about refusing to race because miche had made such a balls of the tyres, seem to remember the engineers putting cuts into the michelin slicks so they could use them..It went to a spec tyre because no one wanted to use michelins... Can't wait to see ducati next year with two new riders, seem to have got away with blaming the riders again for the 20th time...

lol about ducati blaming riders again and again. Imagine if they bring in multiple tyre suppliers ducati will be able to deny responsibility forever. Ducati can then blame tyres and riders.

Wrong. Loris Capirossi mastered it too, and would have been champ if he did not have that accident.
