Interesting session first time ever I have seen a wet practice at Sachensring I'll be worried if this turns out to be a wet race thats my only fear. But the biggest surprise of the day was Bradl on his home track hats off to the guy 2nd even though its only free practice is good. As for Mr Spies not far of the front at least he is getting the good feeling of his M1 just hope for a dry qualifying tommorow.

Dani for the win then ?

He's certainly going about his season the right way. It would be good to see him get his first win though.

The bush telegraph says that he and Nakamoto are just thrashing out a few minor contract deals and the further signing/announcement could be concrete as early as this weekend. Dani Darkhorse is only 19 points adrift right now

Having bet on Casey,George and Ben for the title 6 months ago, I feel the urge to splurge a bit on Dani right now. No harm in covering eventualities. Clearly a 3 horse race for the title and Ben has dropped out of the hunt.

Spies

i just can't make my mind up ....... he's guaranteed to be out of the factory Yamaha team because of his mediocre results this year ...... or he knows he's guaranteed the second factory Yamaha ride because he's American and is no threat to Lorenzo.  either way, it's looking like the fringes of the top 10 again this weekend.

weather forecast is mixed so anything could happen.

Bootlegger - i've been amazed how so many folks have written Dani off this season, and yet you're right to point out that he remains in touch at the top of the standings.  he needs to stay uninjured though, and seeing him knackered after Assen doesn't send out a positive vibe.  thanks for the giggle though - "Ben has dropped out of the hunt" - I'm not sure he's ever been in it this year!

Oh my Oh my

Someone.....a Brit if possible ........... please remind a few things Gal Muchtooslow has done in his 2nd year to get a Factory seat. I take it those things should be what is expected for a rider to have so that he does not allow the Manufacturer to pass over him.

Remember Dovi at Honda and his pass over. Lets make it so it's better than his.

Then we can say who is fit for a factory ride. innit!!!!! Hahahhaha!!

Spies will still be a works Yamaha rider come 2013 I still believe that but as of late he has started to pick up form which is a positive only bad luck tyre issues denying him.
