I think the problem would be the age of this bike?if you have the original carbs it could well be worth having them restored as there probably isn't that many about anymore and what there is are probably as in a poor state as your own?.But if there just missing you could try ebay as MM has already suggested,or Part Finder UK,at a push you could always graft a set of later carbs on off a ZZR GPX GPZ 250 or maybe a GPZ 305 with obviously a re-jet to suit.Good Luck
