Ducati to utilise Audi expertise

Ducati will start utilising Audi’s vast technical expertise immediately to try and improve its Desmosedici project in the MotoGP world championship. Ducati technical boss Filippo Preziosi said Audi’s acquisition of the Bologna factory in a deal rumoured to be worth over £700m would give Ducati’s engineering group access to a huge pool of knowledge. The Italian manufacturer is trying to close down...

Correction!

Flossi struggling to make the desmosedici project competitive! WTF? Should read...

'Flossi FAILING to get previously competitive desmosedici back anywhere near where it was'.

I went to an open day at my old highschool out the back of whoop whoop last month, even they've got a fkn rapid prototyping cnc mill and autoclave, maybe Duc can offer to buy them some new gym mats in exchange for some advice from the local 9th graders?

Cages are cages, bikes are bikes, never the twain shall meet. Thanks Rudyard, maybe someone needs to remind Ducati what they had pre Flo? I guess the tragics can add Audi to the list of people to blame for Florences mediocrity.

...I woudn't describe 4th overall in the 2010 championship as a glowing success aquarius, er I mean bob. I think VR and the team are trying to improve the bike year on year, not make it worse year on year.

No you wouldn't Supermario

But 20th - 25th place Gino Rea you see as having potential and receiving a raw deal, despite racing for one of the best teams in G.P's.

I can understand why you wouldn't place any value in wins, when fifth place finishes are just so much cooler. Twat.

Sorry but the Ducati was going backwards, which is why Casey left. Then it was made even worse in the 1000cc era because Honda and Yamaha advanced so much and Ducati didn't. At least Rossi and Hayden seem to  be going forward instead of backwards.

The Ducati saga isn't over yet, Rossi and Hayden are starting to get to grips with the beast.
