Poll: Who's the bravest stunt rider ever?

Next week is the 35th anniversary of Eddie Kidd's 129ft record breaking jump at Longleat Safari Park. Kidd's jump record has since been broken many times and now stands at an incredible 351ft but who's the bravest motorcycle daredevil of all-time? pollcomment

It's got to be..

Evel Knievel.. got to be. Keeping doing those stunts over and over again when almost every time he ended up in traction. And doing them on Harley's as well... Mad as a brush though.

See I was going...

to say Evel Knievel but then I thought, he was more stupid than brave. Maddison is my choice, off the top of buildings etc... come on, mental

No Brainer

It's a no brainer really and to repeat what has already been said, there is often little difference between bravery and stupidity. The award has got to go to the man who has broken virtually everybone in his body and continued to bounce back and try again - the one and only Evel Knievel.

Evel Knievel

A total nutter and he never let the crowds down even when he knew there was now chance of making the jump.  Total legend.  Respect to anyone that does that kind of stuff though.

The one and only E.K.

I have to go for the great E.K.

Even those who don't rate him as the best ever stuntman would surely rate him as the best ever showman.
