Develop and nurture young talent?

Why would Ducati ask Rossi for advice on anything, the bloke can't think any further than marketing himself.

Redding should consider a change in hairdressers before a change in his career haha, his hair is proper shocking. Good luck for next season though as its gonna be tough on a Duke.

New vocation

Talent scout for Ducati. Capirossi : Safety officer. Oh well at least Capirossi won a bunch of races and challenged manfully for a Ducati GP title, which kept me highly entertained.

This supposed plan of Ducati's

to run a 'junior' team in MotoGP has gone someway to ameliorating my disappointment at their intention to retain both their poor performing current factory riders.

I really hope it happens for Scott 2013.
