Not surprised

Any interested team probably couldn't figure out how to adjust the suspension and do chassis adjustments on it.  Plus, could Vyrus even provide the needed crash spares and in time?  I didn't think anything other than standard telescoping forks were allowed in GP anyway.

I still think the Vyrus is one of the coolest bikes on the planet.  But make mine the 987 instead.

White elephant

Nice idea but in reality no one would take the risk. A modern day white elephant.

It's not actually a Moto2 bike if nobody races it in Moto2 is it? That's like calling me a MotoGP rider because I'd like to ride in MotoGP.

No such rule m8. As for the concept being a pile of shit, it actually isn't, separates braking from steering and is known to work but riders growing up with telescopic forks cannot seem to get a feel for it. Just needs someone to really have a go at it, get that feel and show just how good it can be. Could very well be the golden bullet that Ducati need in Motogp but we will probably never know.

Rocket Ron Haslam..

Didn't Rocket Ron Haslam (Leon's dad) ride an RoC Elf hub centre steered bike in the 80s?

it always looked great on a paddock stand, but v scary in the bends!

That Vyrus-Honda is one of the coolest bike.

It's a pity that the Italian team which was supposed to enter the MOTOGP2 with it pulled out. Motorcycle racing need innovation, and Vyrus is just that.

Looks delicious

Too bad about the hefty price though, I know its a race bike and all but its just too much for joe bloggs. And when would you actually fully utilise that kind of power? If it werent for that price , these bikes would sell like hot cakes.
