Dani Pedrosa on pole after crash strewn Indianapolis qualifying

Dani Pedrosa claimed his third pole position of 2012 after an incident-packed qualifying session in Indianapolis this afternoon that was red flagged twice following huge crashes for Casey Stoner and Nicky Hayden. A best lap of 1.38.813 secured the Repsol Honda rider pole in a dramatic session that ended with reigning world champion Stoner and factory Ducati rider Hayden undergoing treatment...

Yes it has been a disaster with Ducati but you always put the blame on Rossi as if the bike is never at fault

As ever, it's the one rule for Rossi, another for everyone else attitude.

If Rossi does badly, it's the bike. If he does well it's him, not the fact he has a good bike.

Sorry Wosi

Fail to see what that has to do with the Rossi good bike / bad bike reasoning. And not a 'fanboy' as you like to put it. Are excuses needed?

Barely anything between Stoner Lorenzo and Pedrosa in my opinion as I've said umpteen times before. If I had to put money on, it would be Stoner or Lorenzo as they just seem to have that bit more over Dani more often than he has it over them. But on his day, he's just as good. No injuries this year and riding well. Maybe it's his turn at last.

Got to feel sorry for Spies, he must be longing for the end of the season now. Shame his blow up also stretched the field out allowing Lorenzo to get well ahead of the others, otherwise who knows what the podium 2 and 3 places would have looked like.

And one or two tossers who doubted 'sick-note's' committment are looking like twats right now aren't they Firebird, Hugelean and cartoon boy - you reckon Stoner was taking it easy when he went around the outside of Bautista cartoon boy?

Dovisioso is not as good a rider as Rossi.....

But I am sure the massive chip on his shoulder will see him marginally outperform him on the duke.
