Good luck Dovi.  You're going to need it mate!  Well done on securing a factory ride (effectively snaffling from our home grown Crutchers) - and yes, we'll prolly see you in WSB in a few years (although not to be scoffed at) where you'll already find Cal with a WC under his belt.

Good luck

Good luck Dovi because you'll probably need it. However now that Audi has took over, the Ducati as we know it may change only for the better next year and Dovi could be laughing. I still have question marks over why he would leave a team that can deliver a competitive package that can deliver podiums, to a team that has obvious problems with their own bike. If it came down to Dovi vs Cal for the last place in Tech 3 next year, Tech 3 would have chose Dovi all day so I see no issue why he would maybe think his place was up for grabs. We will soon find out the outcome of the Dovi/ Ducati partnership and if it can work. Good luck to him!

All the best to Dovi at Ducati for the next two years he will need it big time. What is more interesting is who will be his crew chief.

Dovi to Ducati Move.

Well done Ducati to making the obvious choice with Dovi. His results and cool calm atitude gets the job over aggressive crasher Cal. Cal needs to take a look at his team mate, thats the way to get a works ride I don't know why he's surprised they did'nt take him. Ducati where only intrested in Cal because they thought Yamaha was going to promote Dovi. Yamaha only took Rossi back as a marketing move to make money where as Dovi's results would probably have been better but the name Rossi will make more money as they have there race winner in Lorenzo, A good move by Yamaha. Hope all works out good for Dovi and Ducati they both deserve top results.

Good luck dovi

along with MarcMarc at Repsol, Dovi at Ducati will be the two riders i will be eagerly watching at pre season testing. Always liked Dovi, just a quiet unassuming lad who gets on with his business. Rightly deserved the factory Yamaha ride, but it seemed Yamaha were more desperate for sponsors than previously thought!

As for the Cal/ Ducati situation, if a contract WASNT written then i dont know for the love of god why hes so upset. Ducati are free to TALK with any rider they so wish. Cal mouthing off to MCN just seems a bit childish and might not help him with any future career prospects. Good luck to him too, after all this rider shuffling it looks like  a satellite berth is the only place hes got...or back to WSBK.

MOTOGP

There wont be any more factory seats until 2015 , everyone has sighned 2 year deals , apart from Hayden .

Crutch better pull his finger out and sighn for Tech3 , or he is going to loose that ride , and end back at WSB.

MOTOGP = joke.
