FJR1300 suspension settings

Can anyone tell me what is the best suspension setting for a FJR1300. I do a lot of mixed riding, Town, Touring, Mountain roads so a setting that works well on very twisty roads would be best. I ride only solo with about 10kgs of baggage.

Need front and back settings please!

Suspension settings

What works for others on any particular bike may not work for you.  Start with the standard settings (they will be in your owners manual) and then set the static sag for your weight - with your riding kit on.  That should see an immediate improvement.  From that point on you can look at adjustments to the damping.  The rule is to change one thing at a time and see what difference that makes.  Take notes of the settings as you go.  There are a lot of very good guides on suspension setup on the net which will explain the process in more detail.
