NEC Motorcycle Live car parking rip-off

Just looking at booking.

Car parking £10 !!!

Contact them to lodge a protest if you agree this is too much!

I did and they intimated that they agree and are forwarding customer complaints to the NEC Customer Services about it.

So, despite the parking charge,

Is anyone going?

I shall be there on Saturday. I've never been to the NEC show before. I hope it's better than eXcel, which seems to get smaller every year.

I'm excited anyway. Nice trip on the train, eating, drinking and looking at bikes, I love a good day out.

The bike parking is in a secure location so is limited, I worked on NEC traffic as a kid and we implemented it to prevent bikes gettin stolen by the pikeys from chelmsley wood. As for parking charges, they're taking the piss, so are food prices and anything else associated with the hell hole. The only upside is that parking is cheaper than London, it's not much consolation tho.

£10

Is that all?.  About the same price as a few pints,or not many smokes,or some cheap crap perfume, Not that bad after all then.

£2 off voucher

Well the complaints seem to have worked. When you pay for your parking you will get a £2 voucher to cash in at a desk in one of the halls at motorcycle live. I can live with a 50p increase from last year
