MotoGP championship leader Jorge Lorenzo will start tomorrow's race at the Motorland Aragon circuit from pole position after knocking Dani Pedrosa off pole position at the end of the session. Pedrosa had a crash at the beginning of the session and the Spaniard did well to recover and qualify second. Britain's Cal Crutchlow completes the front row in third. Factory Yamah...

Just a comparison. All the riders below would of had full pre-season testing. First three race finishes in 500/motogp.

Rossi : Crashed, Crashed, 11th

Pedrosa : 2nd 6th 14th

Stoner : 6th, 5th, 2nd

Lorenzo : 3rd, 1st, 2nd

Not really sure if I have a point to make other than the importance of track time. Rea is a good rider. How far could he go? Unless he gets a full season we'll never know

Going to be close tomorrow between Pedrosa and Lorenzo. Hopefully another Brno race is on the cards tomorrow bar any hick-ups at the start. Great session by both Brits, Cal on the front row and Rea in front of both factory Ducatis and another Honda rider. The Ducatis look to be struggling again...
