Poll: Should full riding kit be a legal requirement?

Helmets are currently the only item of protective clothing which must be worn while riding a motorcycle in the UK, although in some places around the globe no protective clothing is required. Is a helmet enough, or should we legally have to wear more? pollcomment

Well

if people who turn up at casualty with half their skin missing due to not wearing protective gear were charged for their treatment, it might start others thinking about investing a few quid in safety gear.

Try being blase with no skin on your arse.

Well mate if the dickheads who turned up to casualty every friday and saturday night pissed out of their stupid heads had to pay for their treatment there would be an uproar.

And by the way we pay for our treatment its called national insurance, which every working person in the country pays for.

Its called freedom of chioce, we donot live in a dictatorship not  yet anyway.
