Personally I think stoner is crying off because of the tyre situation. At first I thought it was an 800 thing as stoner has only ever enjoyed success in that era, but I've come to realise that it was the stiff front Bridgestone that has always been both his greatest asset and failing all at the same time, because without it he's nothing special, and he knows it.
