the fork seals on my cbr1000fl have started leaking. i have stripped and replaced the l/h fork but the r/h fork will not separate.

the damper unit/spring have been removed and the spring clip above the seal have been removed but no matter how hard i pull/yank the stanction will not separate from the bottom leg.

anyone got any ideas:wacko:
