well said Phil

I managed 15 mins of the last series.....not a patch on the early 90's series. they should have stopped when they were winning

aye

they should have stopped but they keep on trying to make it a success when it's been and gone.

Battlestar Galactica was run by people who knew when to wrap it up - whilst it was still good but when another series would be dragging it out.

tis not as good...

as round about series 5/6 they sold it to the U.S.. and if you compare these series to the earlier ones, youll notice the static camera shots and different filming style...  (done to suit the U.S market) which kinda ruined the whole feel of the Dwarf..

that and it has kinda run its course...

danny john jules as the cat is the best.. "MMmmm, something smells good!.... oh.. its me!!!!" :biggrin::lol:

I am probably one of the few people

who never took a liking to that program. I just couldn't get into it.

been watching it

and have to say the first episode got me worried as it just seemed a bit wooden but the most recent one, the one where they go back and meet Jesus had me in fits, bloody magic, RED DWARF at it's best. I couldn't help thinking it would get a few God botherers upset tho, hope the yanks get that one, it'll have the bible belt yahoo's going ape shit. lol

Just

watched them all. Much better than the canned laughter attempts - as they said in the interviews, getting back to the basics that made it good in the first place.
