Triumph Speedmaster Tank

Hi all, am thinking of buying a 2003 Speedy 790, but dislike the shape of the fuel tank, would anybody know if it is possible to swap for the 865 version? I know the 865 is injected but are there any difference in the shapes underneath, frame fixings etc? Many thanks..
