Plans for xmas???

now we know we all hate it but it's a week into November so what are your plans for the big day??

Mine so far are big celebratory breakfast with my girls their partners?? and my Mum, then shuffle the kids off to their Dads up the road for lunch whilst I sit in front of the fire with a bottle and good book:biggrin:

I think

I'm working this Christmas. If not this year then it's next year.

The bright side is we get all the chocolates in the tea room to ourselves. Usually seven of us needed to keep things ticking over on Christmas day. There's an awful lot of Quality Street in one of those big tins

My plans for Christmas are

send off a few cards to mates and relatives, put up a few decorations [wont go mad, no xmas tree] on the day my phone will be switched off as will my doorbell thus avoiding any numpties who want to pester me :winkie:

I imagine I will have a decent lunch/dinner? the queens speach will NOT be watched and i'll retire to bed early. Boxing day will be pretty much the same. New Years eve I will go to bed early thus avoiding listening to all the stupid arseholes who want to see the new year in with fireworks, car horns etc.

Just in case I forget neareer the time may I wish you all a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
