The roads look dry

been a gorgeous day here but temps stayed below zero until about 10.30.

In my suntrap in the garden it got up to 17 degrees but out in the open a lot less and roads were very damp

No, unfortunately the roads were mostly wet .... I was expecting them to dry out during the run when the promised 'glorious sunshine' arrived ...but it didn't!

Still, it was good to get a run in, as at this time of year we have normally stopped for winter. It did stay dry, but dull with wet roads and 6C temps.

Just three bikes today ..

...I think many folks have already 'called it a day' for 2012.

So it was just Gordon, Graeme and myself out to play.

A82 out of Glasgow...

Not many, but we did see a few other bikes out...

try fixing

that anti slip vinyl that a lot of care homes use, I used some for a dog ramp in my garden last year. Worked like a dream, not expensive either
