Aprilia Clutch Hydraulics

I have a 2004 Aprilia RSV Factory. I bought a new piece of hose (100mm) for the reservoir to clutch lever and it appears to be sweating, with loss of fluid. I contacted a different dealer and they told me this sometimes happens particularly if bike is in a cold brick garage. I find this hard to believe. Is this correct?. The brake hose on the other handle bar doesn't do it. Does anyone have advice where I can get hydraulic hose from as I have contacted other dealers without satisfaction.

edit, Jaffa, I think he means the hose from the reservoir to the master cylinder.
