Poll: Yellow Hayabusa, yuk or yeah?

Suzuki have released photos of this rather bright colourscheme for the new Hayabusa out next year, which will be on display at their stand at Motorcycle Live. They've hinted that if they get enough positive feedback, they'll release the colour in the UK alongside the four colour schemes already announced. Let us know what you think - is the yellow yuk or...

Thank Fcuk It's not "Brown" that would have been a "shite" colour.

Suzuki got no money!

They got no money and are now racked 4th in the Japan 4 bike makers.  Don't look for a redesign of the busa, they can't afford it.  also, they just announced bankruptcy in the US.  if the question is a new bright color on an old old old bike or the company staying afloat for another year, I guess you know which direction they'll go.

The Japan 4, may become Japan 3 in two years.

Also for some reason it now looks like a weird hybrid between an 90's triumph and a BMW...

Wrong Direction

Suzuki should make the 'Busa faster by putting it on a diet, not making it even porkier with an inline-6 motor (sorry snev). After all, the current version is limited in acceleration at lower speeds by tire traction and keeping the front end down, not power. And weight is your enemy every time you want the bike to turn.

And SHIVA_ - The American Suzuki Motor Corporation bankruptcy is about getting out of the automotive business, not poor motorcycle sales.

Suzuki Hayabusa Hornet?

My own personal view is its a shit colour for a Busa, but its still lightyears better then the white and silver (metallic grey) corporate blandness of the other bike manufacturers colours. I hate corporate blandness and corporate shit. So good on you Suzuki for stepping out of the crowd again, as usual, as always.

Piglet....

You say "the current version is limited in acceleration at lower speeds by TYRE (that's how we spell it) traction and keeping the front end down"..... YEP, That's why I love it. Tested by your fellow countrymen who recorded.... 0-100MPH in 4.92 secs and 9.84 (terminal 151mph) Standing Quarter.they did find traction and front end lift a bit restricting. The fact that it handles and stops pretty well only adds to the enjoyment on the road. If you need a track focused Suzuki try a "GIXER THOU" or "750". Being so "Very Very Very Very Old" the Busa has proved that the basic design was pretty good. Honda threw in the towel, Yamaha never tried, Kawasaki have had three attempts, Triumph Shelved Theirs and BMW are still a bit behind. Try one, own one.
