Just treat it as another opportunity to dress in leather. It might save you.

I saw a useful tip on pruning prickly stuff. It said, cut the feet off an old pair of wellies and slide the leg bits over your lower arms, to protect them while hedge cutting.

Don't bother. It didn't work. Unless you have bigger arms, or maybe tighter wellies. :upset:
