restrictions

Passed my mod 2 last week. can't seem to find any info on new restrictions. My licence states cat A with restriction =25kw??? Does it mean a restriction of 33bhp or 47bhp after the new rules come into play in January. I have a honda VFR400 waiting to be restricted when I can find out exactly which bhp. HELP anyone!!!

Congratulations

on the test pass

As you've passed under the current rules, you're restricted to 33bhp for 2 years (ie, you won't be affected by the incoming rules).

Hope that helps.

Licences, licences

The regs aren't retrospective, so you are on 33bhp for two years before it automatically converts to a full A licence. Well done for passing the test.
