hi everyone, back on a bike after a 5 year lay off, if anyone fancys a ride out when the weathers a bit less grim let me know. just been fixing up a 98 cb500 but shes looking good now even if shes just sat in the garage!!:biggrin:

good job on the bike....as for ride outs,it could be a long way off if the forecasters are right (they usually are with bad news)...but I/we normally head up into the Dales. I usually put a post up on here when I'm going out,but I think it will be well the other side of Christmas before I'm doing a full day out.:mellow:

thanks everyone getting there just hope its worth it , 43,000 on the clock so getting on a bit! still having issues with the front brake though now. so far had to get new pads, caliper and master cylinder kit and the flippin front lever still wont return enough to turn the brake light off ahhh!.

had a similar peoblem , i changed the brake light switch at the brake leaver which it fixed .
