Tubeless on a spoked wheel?

Is there any RELIABLE way of fitting a tubeless tyre to a conventional spoked wheel?  My bike is a Kawasaki VN1500-C2 with a 15 inch rear wheel and I would like to have the extra reliability of the tubeless option. Reliability is important as the bike is mainly used for touring and often I'm a long way from home, and to add to the problems the bike doesn't have a centre stand and weighs a ton!

Tubeless

I suspect your wheel is a spoked effect and not conventional,is your tyre 200/70x15 82h TL? TL means tubeless.

No, it's real spoked, with nipples, rim tape and all the associated bits.  Just like a bicycle wheel.
Spokes are really short 'cos there is a big hub (shaft drive) and a small diameter rim (15 inches).
In the bicycle world there are products that seal the spoke nipples and valve hole where they would leak air. I was just wondering if anything similar was available in the motorcycle world?

Never heard of anything for a motorcycle tubed rim to be made tubeless. All i know is that tubeless tyres have stiffer side walls and beads to match the rim edges.

Have you considered tyre sealant?
