Sorry to use this medium but thought I should bring this to your
attention. This incident happened just outside of Southmead Hospital.
The taxi driver had parked across the junction to drop off his fare.
When challenged by the female biker (a close friend of ours) you will
see his reaction. Yes, she did call him a "short assed tt" after he
refused to move his car until he was ready.

Unfortunately the Police decided a caution was appropriate without
reviewing the CCTV footage. He claimed he didnt realise it was
female, therefore - it must be alright to do this to male!!!!!!
Complaints to the local licencing authority have also resulted in no
action being taken.

Please be aware in case you come across the same individual

Shouldn't be too difficult to trace him and just send him a nice big bill ie damage to bike whiplash etc etc that way he will never want to cross anyone else ...far too expensive. One of those no win no fee lawyer types should do the job nicely. If he will not pay-up the pursue the Taxi company because he was clearly working.

She needs to sue him for damage to the bike, for the assault and for emotional distress.

see a sloicitor then go to the cops and ask for there files on it

tell them your are going to take civil action and need to use their files and the CCTV

then explain that if he is found guilty theen you are going to take the cops on for allowing violance

 

or trace him down with a few m8s and see if he wants to play base ball with him being the ball

 

i did that 15 yrs ago  funning thing was the cops decided to re open the case and the 2 guys got done 6 months

that is shocking.  Yesterday after taking my eldest to school, had a call to get home as there was someone in our garden, so i drove home, yes I was going a bit fast but have had excellent driver training during my time in the forces and have all categories done VIP/anti terrorist courses as well..went to overtake a guy and he pulled over to the other side of the road forcing me to brake hard and pull back in, then he came to a dead stop.  I took to the verge as our car had good winter tyres on..got home, in garden to find a surveyor from British Gas..guy who i overtook eventually, came into my garden with....an iron bar..luckily enough I had the wits about me to not take him  out fatally and held my ground..this was mainly due to 1 unarmed combat courses whilst in forces and 2.  I train in Shotokan Karate.  Police ca,e blah blah..had a call later last night, form police, they tried to to do me for speeding.  So I am in two minds wether to lodge a complaint about Lincolnshire Police lack of care to its residents.  I thought a guy coming at you with an iron bar on your own property would raise self preservation..oh and my 2 2 year olds were in the house at the time..i have a pic of this twat with his car and reg no, if you are in lincolnshire avoid this arsehole...pic available on request..
