Meta Alarms - help needed

I recently bought a triumph tt600 fitted with a meta alarm, all was well until after a ride out i left my bike to arm the alarm (usualy 2 beeps) But the alarm beeped a third time in a different pitch, at this point i left the alarm but after a while the bike started making a strange constant sound that was different to the alarm sound. the fob also will no longer disarm the alarm.

which model is yours?

Have you tried the other key fob?

Does the L.E.D. still flash?

meta alarm

Thanks for the reply!
Sorry but im useless with this type of thing, i bought the bike fitted with the alarm and im not sure what model it is. i have the orange tag connected to the fob, but the fob has no L.E.D on it. to set and unset the alarm i used to use the button on my ignition key, but i also tried the fob and this does not work either.
