HELP!!!!!

Hi guys

I have a 99 triumph daytona 955i it has a remus aftermarket exhaust.I got it at the end of the summerand it seemed fine when i rode it home. But now it has developed a problem as whenyou are approaching a junction or are wanting to slow down through the gears the revs drop right off and the bike stalls. It has been in and had the valve clearences done and now they are saying that the actual valves want doing this to me is not right as the bike has only done 20,000 miles. Please has anyone any suggestions as to what it can be.
