fluffing

Sounds a shortage of fuel or too much air in the pilot jet rev area more noticeable in the cold weather.

Has this bike been modified in the airfilter/exhaust system or not been used for a while?

Running on a weak mixture can damage the engine for good.

The weather is now colder. Takes longer for the engine to warm up. Carb icing is also more prevalent in the winter...

If you`re not mechanically minded take it back to the local garage, this weak mixture needs sorting out.

2 months without using it does not help.

CCM 604 Dualsport S reg?

Hi Scudd Happy new year :smile

Sounds like it just needs a carb clean, and possible fuel change, fuel going off has varnished the pilot jet and probably the main jet.

Good Luck
