don't let them

take it for a ride without leaving sureity!!....don't bullshit, be honest(ish!), tell 'em how much you loved it but you are moving on to bigger things, what a reliable and great way of getting you around it is.........obviously a good clean always helps, as does having any old MOTs or service sheets if you have them.....don't be beaten down on price too much, justify why you have it up at whatever asking price.......good luck.

SOLD

Bloke came tonight to look at the scoot. Bought it there and then and took it away on his motor home . Said he was going to use it for going to the shops on in Spain. Got close to my £500 asking price and now means I can get my 125.

Off to have a look tomorrow at some new bikes. (Chinese) lexmotos. I know the reputation but my 50 was Chinese and served me well. Plus

a new bike with 2 year warrenty for £1200 you can't go wrong. Well I know the opinion........

go for it....

who gives a toss what people think......as long as the dealer has a good reputation, the two year warranty is peace of mind.  There are/were a few on here who have them.  In a decade or so, we'll all be driving Chinese cars as well....

Exactly my opinion

Thanks for the support mate, yeh who gives a toss what others think, I look after and service my bikes and not just a 17 year old with a fast 2 stroke outside the chippy trying to impress the first bird who comes along so he can shag her in the nearet back seat of a saxo.

I have the view to pass my A1 and upgrade to bigger bikes in the future
