Print viewTips For Wiring a Motorcycle Light Bar

Hello Community,

Placing light bars on your motorcycle adds a whole new sense of personality to your motorcycle. It goes without saying that light bars are probably one of the coolest visual enhancers for your motorcycle. The process of wiring motorcycle light bars is quite simple with the right tools. It will take two hours at most.

1. Locate the wires leading from your electric ignition to your controller from your right handlebar. Track the wires until you hit a plastic socket.
2. Insert the wires from the handlebar switch into the sockets of the controller socket, making sure that the positive and negative wires are properly placed. Use the wrench to remove the rubber grip on the right side. Slip the handlebar switch down the handlebar and drive the bolt through the two sides. Use the wrench to screw on tight. Slip the rubber grip back on and screw the handlebar cap on tight.
3. Route the wires from your light bars into the sockets of the switch, making sure that the positive and negative wires go into their corresponding sockets.

Best Regards,
