sh300 where is the level plug on the final drive

I have a Honda sh300 (57reg) trying to carry out a service and change the final drive oil. I can find the top up bolt but not the level. I cant see how to fill to the correct level. tried some searches on the net but no success.
Is it drain and refill the right quantity. Has anyone carried it out and know how to? Anyone know oil and quantity?
thanks Vinny

oil level

Usually, the filler plug, if it's on the side, is the level plug also. Can you put a piccy up?

level

As fogie says, the filler plug/level plug is usually halfway up the casing.

oil level

thanks for your reply’s.

I have looked all over the bike and i cant see the level plug. I have undone a 12 ml head nut. Then placed a long screwdriver to find oil in the diff. But i cant see any logical place for the level plug. They are either under and would drain the oil. I have removed the belt cover and still cant see any bolts with washers on in the right place to be a level plug.

Manual

Thanks for those links. i tried both but the actual links are not known. the books are not for the model. it must also search for the part of the term as one is a tv manual and the other is for some electronics.
thanks for trying though
