Does a Speed Triple have a fuel tap switch ?

Hi all,

I'm having difficulty starting my Speed Triple all of a sudden...... I've got it plugged into an Optimate charger...but even with a full charge, the dam thing won't start now ?....

I was wondering if the triple has a fuel line switch ?... I've searched for one and even resorted to looking at the manual and there doesn't seem to be ?!?!??,....

Arghhhh !!!!

could

be either , dodgy side stand switch, or clutch switch (most likely) these are common faults with most triumph old and new.

as its fuel injected there's no need for a tap as it'll have a fuel pump
if its not turning over i would go with importriders comments

Thanks for all your suggestions... I'll answer what I can.

Import rider :- not sure how to test these switches ?...

Aehewitt :- yes, lol.... Just like a Suzuki

Oldish :- I've tried the killswitch, the bike turns over... Though it does seem to drain the battery frighteningly quick ?... Haven't checked the fuses.. I shall after work tomorrow, thanks..

Mickster :- thanks for that... Now I know.. Cheers..

Will try banging my head against the wall for a while, before I call the dealer to make use of the warranty...

sounds like

the creeping dampness of being out in a cold shed has done its work, take her into the warmth for a good warm night to dry out then fire her up in the morning, it will work im telling you it will.
