This bike is the freshest breath of air in small capacity motorcycling in years. There, I’ve said it. It could also be exactly what’s needed if today’s youth are ever going to get back into motorcycling in a big way. For the moment, let’s leave its name, manufacturer and country of origin to one side (rest assured, however, they’re not Chinese)....

While KYMCO is based in Taiwan (aka Formosa), they also have factories in mainland China and Indonesia.  But none in South Korea.
