Water in my 2 stroke oil tank?

I drove my 50cc peugeot xps to y freinds house and on the way my 2 stroke oil cap fell off so i stuffed a carryer bag down it to block it over night and when in the moning i went to start it and i had no luck, yesterday when i drove it though it was running perfectly so im asuming it must be that, because its not been run if i empty the oil tank and refill it and empty my carb with that screw on the bottom of it will it fix it? Many thanks, adam

2 stroke trouble

Should be fine & i don't think a little water in the oil would be anything to worry about once it's running.
