I finally got my car back 3 weeks later but only just noticed they replaced one of the head lamps with a different cover. They also wanted me to pay the excess!!! so told them to sling there hook, which happily they did

The insurance was due for renewal a week after and told them to stick their renewal quote where the sun don't shine.

The insurance co was Diamond and got a much better quote from M & S :roll eyes:

Ordered a second load of logs last week and it was the same delivery driver and he refused to deliver them as when he tried they nearly went over my wall. Two chaps came the next day thankfully
