Emptied my recycle bin and inadvertently got rid of some photos by mistake.  Downloaded a programme to find them but it didn't work :upset:

babyblade....

remember you put some pics up on here from your holiday. If they were some of the ones you lost just open the post and 'save' them again....p.s. better consult pre-unit about trimming that beech tree, they do have an habit of coming down suddenly all in one piece.

I have salvaged a few

so it's ok and remember never to do it again.

Free logs?? The last lot ended on my car, I don't want these ones on my house:shock:

Kris, I don't really want to bother the boys in blue to retrieve my holiday snaps:smile

I'm putting my house up for sale again so if it falls down

afterwards it won't be a problem then.

If it fell at this exact time  I'd be flatter than A4 piece of paper

dunno about that BB

sme of 'em were pretty criminal..:laugh:....  logs, at least this time of year there aren't the leaves on the tree to catch the wind........but as oldish said, if it's a worry may get advice on a crown reduction or a bit of thinning out.

it had a crown reduction last

year, it has a preservation order on it as well.

My mums house is surrounded by massive trees and all of them have preservation orders on them, which I whole heartedly agree with.

I think she will be ok, as you said the wind is bad but no leaves on so it makes it sound worse than it is
