Valentino Rossi undone by Ducati DNA

Valentino Rossi was unable to master Ducati’s fearsome Desmosedici machine because the bike behaved in a way that was totally alien to the riding style the nine-times world champion honed for almost two decades MotoGP paddock. That’s the view of new Ducati boss Bernhard Gobmeier, who has been charged with spearheading Ducati’s recovery after the Bologna factory endured a miserable lack...

"Dani rattled him last year and if it wasnt for dickhead barbie, probably would have won"

JL had his dickhead barbie moment in the shape of Bautista I believe so that evens that one out... the difference being that Dani & his team had put their bike at the back of the grid for the unfortunate circumstances at the start of the RSM GP, &, as Rossi knows to his cost in 2011, crap grid positions mean you risk being skittled as you battle with or try to pass less talented riders.

Yes its true that on paper they were each taken out. The reality though is that jorge's dnf came in the first half of the season, when he was battling casey not dani. And casey handed the advantage right back in the very next race by crashing out of second in germany...and then running off in mugello the race after that. Dani was closing in rapidly and was on a path to equal jorge with time to spare...until misano. Even though he refused to surrender( unlike casey and jorge both did when the title started to slip away), the challenge really ended that day as there was not enough time left unless jorge made a mistake. Jorge didnt as he refused to race dani after that, preferring instead(smartly) to follow him home safely every race after that. It is a real shame as without misano we the fans would have been treated to probably the best title fight of all time....and i am a rossi fan.

weird DNA chase;)

Less red, more white and with this from Ducati to Yamaha paint scheme transition Valentino may find again his right dna which obviously left;) This reversed is same promising for Spies and Dovi.

Ducati undone by itself

Ok if The Ducati wasn't as fast in a straight line as it was back in 07 would HRC/YRT have even come up with the current engine specs they have now  i doubt it Ducati is trailing in development of there chassis which wasn't as good as the Yamaha & Honda back then Stoner & crew for what ever reason are the only one's who have managed to get consistent results on it which got worse as the rest developed there engines to match the Ducati in performance even Rossi & the dream team couldn't fix it or at least gave up as it were so Ducati IMO have them selves to blame for not realizing that to be fast every weekend you need a complete package that everyone can ride fast not just a one of a kind like Stoner and there suffering for it now i only hope for there sake they can turn it around soon as there are a lot of good riders who's careers the Ducati has (lets say not helped) with the exception of Stoner who else has ridden the Ducati and continued in Moto GP with any success ??? we will wait and see !!!
