As naive as I can be I didn't realise the UK prison service pandered to those prisoners who REFUSE to eat some meat products on religious grounds, I'm sure a British prisoner in Thailand doesn't get that choice, eat it or starve. They'll eat pasties and pies with meat in them but not ones with pork so even in prison after being convicted of crimes they're still calling the tune ?
