The roads in Glasgow were fine ..but once out on the Stockiemuir, north of the city, I soon started to spot ice at the roadside and even bits of snow still in the middle of the road in places.... not good! ..Temps was 4 C so it was ice that had still not thawed from the night before....

In this pic if you look carefully you can just see the wheels of an upturned car between the first and second lamp posts behind the hedge .....

Bike was filthy by the time I got back *sigh* ...still, it felt good to be back in the saddle.:smile

Out and about

Nice one Kam, went out on my Busa today for the first time since November, nice dry roads round here and the sun was shining, still nippy though.  Felt great being on 2 wheels again

Fort Augustus at the end of Loch Ness ... fantastic location with lots of great roads. I hope the weather is good for you   ...May is often the best month of the year up here so may be lucky.:winkie:
