Valentino Rossi shines on factory Yamaha return

Valentino Rossi made a brilliant return to Yamaha’s factory MotoGP squad in Malaysia today, the nine-times world champion ending the first day of 2013 pre-season testing with the fourth quickest time. Rossi showed a disastrous two-year spell with Ducati has not blunted his confidence or skills and the 33-year-old topped the timesheets for a period in the early part of the...

Except that wasn't Bridgestone's Aoki you were quoting at all

was it Wosi - the master mutt of misinformation. Have another tug on yesterdays time sheet and watch the lanky yellow puke with the unsavoury machiavellian personality  slip further from the top. You know he doesn't have the skill factor to compete with the elite.

Buelligan, Dovi and Spies have two years of chaotic directionless Rossi led 'development' to undo. They're not going to right the ship at the first test.

Nostro

You mean the same as Rossi had from the chaotic directionless Stoner led 'development' to undo.

Obviously Chillie

you missed the fact Stoner left Rossi a winning motorcycle 2010. Hayden's best Ducati year by some margin was 2010, and that Rossi was closest to the pointly end of the field on the 'Pramac' Ducati at the begining of 2011.

Stupidity is bliss in Oompa Loompa land isn't it.

Day 2 -

Vale still improving but still in 4th with the Spaniards in front of him... Bradley is now building up steam & Dovi is now up with Hayden as they each get used to their new machines... all is good.

Blah blah blah..

But was it a genuine champoinship contender?

We know he wasn't two seconds faster than Dovi on the same bike?

Come on Nostro..Just hold your hand up and admit you got it wrong about Rossi. We know the reasons WHY you went on this crusade and to certain degree, it's understandable.

But Mate..there's a tension & the humour is barely evident. You're painting youself into a corner. Let wosi walk you through the rehabilitation process before it's too late.

Your boy Pedrosa is top of the sheets, won the most races last year & is in with a great shout this! there is a bright yellow light at the end of the tunnel you know?

Yours, waiting patiently..your old mucka, wosi.

All fairly predictable..

and as we thought with respect to the top 4. Marquez is a phenomenon and makes me think he could push hard for the championship, despite his lack of experience - the way he's settled into that seat is remarkable. Glad to see Cal is starting again from where he left off last year, if Yamaha pull their finger out, he'll be in the mix throughout the year. But nothing has changed my opinion, if Pedrosa can stay fit, it's his to lose...

Is it remarkable?..or is it scientific proof that HRC have cracked the code?

80/20 is officially a piece of history.
