Valentino Rossi shines on factory Yamaha return

Valentino Rossi made a brilliant return to Yamaha’s factory MotoGP squad in Malaysia today, the nine-times world champion ending the first day of 2013 pre-season testing with the fourth quickest time. Rossi showed a disastrous two-year spell with Ducati has not blunted his confidence or skills and the 33-year-old topped the timesheets for a period in the early part of the...

HRC eventually develops the RCV213V skynet system, a supercomputer racebike that employs artificial intelligence in order to replace human beings as commercial and military GP pilots, and for the control of other motorcycle systems, including WSB.

The system goes online on February 5, 2013. On August 29, 2013, The RCV becomes self aware. In a panic, humans attempt to shut it down, but HRC retaliates by launching a nuclear attack against Russia, knowing that the Russian counterattack will eliminate races in the United States, initiating an indeterminately long period of global warfare.

The battle pits humans against machines, which develop ever-increasing capabilities. The event is later known as..Judgment Day.

An Alternative Reality

... the Ducati GP13 becomes self aware, and data floods through its cpu, analysing the problems. The front end, the lack of grip, the new crop of crappy riders. The GP13 starts to smoke, and crackle, sparks emanating from deep within.

The humans panic, but it's already too late. The GP13 is dead. One final message etched on the LCD display.

Vale was right!

Nipping @ Nostro

I do chuckle here, Nostro posts one of his thinly veiled "I hate Rossi" posts and everyone in yellow bites, if you took time to read his posts you would understand he is totally clueless when it comes to motorcycle racing, no obvious knowledge and is guided only by his hatred for one man.

Don't bite ... pity is best.

As an aside, Marquez is going great guns on one of the best bikes on the grid, but in real terms this is no different to Jorge's first year either, all these sessions are great but the race is where it'll be for Marc..

Indeed Trumpet

The thing Marquez seems to have over Jorge is that he's not afraid to swap some paint now and then.

Nostro is a comedian...

Seriously man, you only tell jokes.

Nicelly rapped - I have to admit - but still jockes.

Rossi is not finished obviously. He is not at his prime and still fighting like real racers do. Others go fishing.

"Casey left a winning bike in 2010"... How retarded can you be bloke? What did Honda and Yamaha worked on since 2010? Sleep? Yes the Duke was winning some races (CS finished 4th) against not so competitive bikes.

SINCE THE SEAMLESS GEARBOX FROM HONDA AND BEYONG, THE PUKE DEVELOPMENT WAS EFFORTLESS! THE BIKE SUCKS! GET A GRIP LOOSER!

Dovi will show Rossi how it's done... Rossi is finished... the bike is a winning bike... all bullshit from a litle guy with a litle brain that auto presents himself as Nostradamus, the predictor (unless you are referring to the pregnacy test)...

I bet you can't predict how fucked up you all Rossi haters are going to be this year... Can u?

Nostro

TrumpetTriple tells the truth.  Your idol has let HRC down,   let MotoGP down,   let himself down and most of all has let his fans down - you are floundering in the muddy waters of his fishing hole.  HE'S GONE  --  ELVIS HAS LEFT THE BUILDING --  GET OVER IT.

Indeed

Marquez is proving he can ride a Moto GP bike very quickly.(already)
Just wonder if he will be able to manage a whole race the way he has managed in practice.
Can't see him being as consistent as the other top runners in every race somehow.
Gravel seems to spring to mind!

Go Dani Go.

Gravel Chewer

Quite right that Marquez may indeed chew the gravel. However, he'll liven things up while he learns MGP. The aliens will be out to stop him, especially his compatriots. Some people have mentioned that Rossi only came 4th in tests and was 1/2 sec. off the pace. All I can say is that when Rossi is a half off he usually wins the race. NORMAL SERVICE resumed!!
