because for some drivers, taking a driving test is a necessary evil to getting mobile in a car, whereas the vast majority of people taking a bike test want to learn the skills set to get on a bike, and whilst the test is a hurdle, it is recognised as a part of the process that will keep you alive longer.

a bunch of scrotes across the road had a son (one of many) who drove illegally, he was pulled by the D&C (Dozy & Crap) Police and went to court fined for no licence no insurance the whole gambit. He kept his crappy car, he spent a week at most on L plates then hey presto they were gone, he'd apparently passed a test --- my arse he had. :wacko:
