Why the hate, the put downs the negativity?
Honda have spent a fortune on the NC700 platform, customer reviews, surveys, common engine size, typical RPM, longevity, NVH, the list goes on.
This tells them, yes people in America do want this bike, they do like the styling and they will be willing to part with $7k for it.
Just because it doesn't suit your taste, you can't say that Honda will falter and fail with this model.
The Americans like different things to us, pick ups, harleys, 1lb beef burgers, we like small cars, adventure bikes and salad.
I say, yes it is different, it is not to my liking, but, has anyone else got a niche market bike like this?
Would I buy one myself? No, but then I wouldnt be in the market for a Sports Bike either.
Go Honda, just bring out an NC with a fairing and I'll be your niche buyer for that!
