forgive my self indulgence

One of my closest friends died in the new year. A biker a scholar and all round good guy. His wit and kindness never to be matched. Someone in their wisdom played the wrong tune at his funeral, he told me he wanted this.

Sorry to hear of the loss of your friend. :upset:

Some people leave a huge mark on us when they are taken.

Their influence changed and 'shaped'us and in that sense their spirit lives on.

We lost one of 'the Scotty Crew three years ago now, Tommy .... he was very much 'larger than life' ...and certainly 'larger than death'.

Still miss him loads. Sundays have never quite been the same.

Remember the good times.

thanks bl and kam

for your kind words..At least Mr Hendrix got an airing on here. Someone thought it would be a good idea to play "bridge over troubled water'!!!!!! I don't believe in the afterlife, but if there is one I'm sure he will be pissing himself laughing at that choice
