Estae agents, who'd shoot them??

Sold my house last June but it fell thru so took it off the market until now, spent the last week doing all those jobs that needed doing, and didn't realise how much needed doing:shock:

Estate agents said it's a good thing as although it won't affect the price it will make it more attractive!! didn't know my house was in such a bad state of repair:shock:

I make them work

as hard as possible, this will be move number 10 or 11 lost count now, and hopefully the last. They have to do the viewings at least.

I just dread it when viewers come round and then say it's totally wrong for them, why don't they look at the particulars first.

I also wont have anyone round who is not already up for sale, and unless it could be a potential buyer then no viewings on Sundays.

You get a lot of people who like just viewing houses, god knows why:shock:
