Making his official debut for the Italian-based Ambrogio Racing squad, the 21-year-old put his new Suter-Honda machine through its paces to set a best time of 1.43.178. engineering concepts...

Someone smarter than me needs to clarify but I would have thought Danny is correct when he says his aluminium twin spar frame handles better than KTM's steel trellis but the only evidence I have is the motogp and wsbk grids. FYI. why isn't KTM's and wasn't Ducati's trellis aluminium?

I'm looking forward to a steady season from Danny and a full on attack next year.

He has the pace as he's shown in the past but i get the feeling that he lacks belief in himself too often for some reason. Hopefully i'm wrong.

All the best Danny.

The lad will go well this year, how the hell he managed to motivate himself in 012 riding that Mahindra heap of shite,I bet it will make quite a difference this year knowing the engine isn't shagged or pissing out oil or the gearbox is about to lunch itself and being shoved out to the start line regardlesss.

yes ducati trelis are steel but to say they hande better than aluminium is negotaible cos ducati have proved it works in wsbk and motogp with capi, checa bayliss etc and ducati have ditched it in favor aluminium and are nowhere even the new pannigale monocoqe chassis aint looking that great testing either the only advantage it gives i would say is that its lighter so its easier to package it more mass centrlised i think if it were alminium trellis it would bend when u sat on it lol
