Michael Laverty shocked at prototype/CRT speed gap

Michael Laverty reckons of the biggest surprises he got during an impressive MotoGP debut in Malaysia last week was the speed difference between factory prototype machinery like Honda’s RC213V and the production-based CRT bikes. The Irish rider produced one of the most impressive performances of last week’s Sepang showdown when he set the 15th best time and finished third best CRT...

Return to proddy racers Nostro ?

I would love to see that but would the factories be willing to invest the time and money to produce 'em ?

here's a thought...

Nicky Hayden is fed up riding that piece of shit ducati, which will continue to be a piece of shit for another year or two. And he is probably very cognizant of the fact that the last two who left ducati, instantly got better. So my thought is that he will get an offer from yamaha to ride tech 3 or gresini to replace bautista. Crutchlow will get his ducati ride, perhaps in a swap with hayden, if hayden doesnt choose honda. Hayden wants out.

Will leave yamaha because he will be bitter that he doesnt have a factory bike too; and yamaha will get tired of hearing it so will be happy to let him go for hayden. Just a guess.

Fucking comedian...

"Nice to see not every poster on these pages hates Nostro. Just 95% - ha,ha."

"I'm just trying to do my little bit for education reform in Britain".

ha, ha, ha

"Most MCN readers seem to have digested hook line and sinker a lot of yellow propaganda of North Korean proportions. Or perhaps it's the fact they don't read that's the problem."

ha, ha, ha

"Quote me saying the Ducati is 'fine'. I've always maintained it was the third best machine on the grid and difficult to ride fast. That said I've also said it's probably not as bad as Yamaha's new nr.2 has made it out to be."

ha, ha, ha

and the best:

"No I left of my own volition when Emmett selectively deleted my posts for no other reason than to give his retorts more credibility"

HA, HA, HA

Ha, ha I've just had a butchers at my profile. Hundred of views of my gallery and 33 ratings across all pictures - all of one star. Brilliant. I always knew I was loved and appreciated, by to see so in such a way is truly humbling.

ha, ha, ha what do you think this is? Facebook?

"It would not surprise me in the least to see Dovi perform 2013 in a manner similar to his 2012 M1 campaign"

ha, ha, ha, you really got me there...

Listen puppet, "Your ambition outweights your brain..." sack of shit... ha, ha ,ha, happy Valentino day!

Oh the irony!
Nostro must be getting really desperate now resorting to using quotes from JB. The very same guy he’s been slagging off to high heaven for not having a clue…..now all of a sudden he is grabbing frantically at JB to support him. Classic.

Is that traillie your second bike ?  Re Hayden - most likely scenario is that he'll hang on at Ducati till he's dropped and then will follow Edwards down the slippery slope to oblivion - shame really - probably the most un-controversial rider out there or perhaps just a fence-sitter.

As I said some where else on here, next year let established teams from all the classes lease engines from the factories and use prototype frames. Get rid of C.R.T all together, cap all the teams to an agreeable price, get some talent from moto2 on the grid and watch some fantastic racing. The thought of Ducati engines in Suter or Kalex frames. Some of the older riders could go to these teams and develop incredible machines. It worked in the 500 days with Harris Yamaha and such like. And girls you all need to sit down and have a cup of tea and get along.

Roll up..Roll up..

Given the lull in proceedings, may I take this opportunity to remind all regular posters here at MCN, that we now have our own Fantasy Road Race league (MCNFRR-RP International) up and running, eagerly awaiting your entry.

A perfect opportunity, as team manager, to put your money where your mouth is and prove you actually have got some sense and know the subject you spend so much time talking bollocks about.

It would be good to see a few more of our Antipodean, European & Yank Brethren take the time to enter..and it could be viewed as a second chance to regain lost credibility after certain off-season predicictions now seem to take on the appearance of a blind one-eyed man, swinging windmill style and failing to hit a cow's arse with a banjo...You know who you are?

See ya there..if you've got any prime bulging turkey skin nestled in those frilly panties?
