Michael Laverty eager to try new PBM chassis

Based on how other riders faired on the Marelli electronics and the reports of the support levels the teams recieved from their engineers I fear Laverty's recent test may be the highest up the time sheets we see him all year. Dialling in a new chassis and electronics package with limited testing is a big ask. I Can't see Paul Bird ditching his Chassis if it doesn't work either, he's more likely to ditch the rider. It's a shame for Laverty looks like he could go well on the ART.

.

I think his seat is safe given his impressive debut at Sepang 1.

If he's a second off his team mate on the new chassis, everybody will put it down to the new bike and electronics.

Good luck to them all at PBM. You've gotta admire them spending money at home. Here's hoping thet can get the new bike ready for Sepang 2, because the data comparison will help them out big style.
